We are offering Bootlegged Barber franchises within Utah before we look elsewhere. If you are an operator based in Utah, and intend to build in Utah, we would like to hear from you.
Bootlegged Barber Franchise Systems, LLC is offering franchises only in the State of Utah. Franchises are not being offered to residents of any other state. We are not able to accept an inquiry from outside Utah, and we do not retain inquiries from outside Utah.

- A full-time operator in the shop. Day-to-day management sits with a full-time Principal Operator. That can be you, or a manager.
- Community minded. You understand that the shop belongs to the neighborhood as much as it belongs to you.
- Standards driven. Top shelf, every chair, every time, is a standard you will hold your team to.
- Top shelf, or nothing. The name comes from a time when the real thing was harder to find and worth insisting on. That is how the shop gets run.

As of the issuance date of its Franchise Disclosure Document it had sold no franchises, had no operating franchised outlets, and had no company-owned outlets. Two barbershops in Utah operate under the Bootlegged Barber name. Neither is a franchised outlet and neither is a company-owned outlet, and neither is reflected in the outlet tables in Item 20.
